In 1946, Clarence Henry Durrant relocated his family from Provo, Utah, to Meridian, Idaho, bringing along the “Big D” brand. By 1953, he built the first chicken coop, and in 1954, he committed to large-scale egg production, starting with eight hundred chicks.
Today, we proudly continue Clarence’s legacy by serving the Treasure Valley.
